I have three goals in my professional career as a manager.
1. To help my employees succeed by supporting them and helping them get what they dream for and deserve.Going above and beyond to help my employees feel valued and wanted. Never do I want a person (not an employee. Not a statistic) a person, to dread coming to work.
2. Making sure we as a group provide the most accurate, professional and courteous customer service we can.
3. Monitoring our accuracy and our high operational standards both regulatory and internally.
At the end of of the day, if I can focus on these three goals, I feel satisfied that I’ve done all I could do. Some days I fail. Some days I succeed. But I try. I try with everything I have. #go #customerservice #careermanagement #mentorship #leadership #goals #internalization
